Energy is low, joint looseness too, but the ‘idea of a multiple rebirth fuels a Project to be tackled slowly : starting with the exercise bike, at home, then moving on to the first outings, short short on the plains, gradually lengthening the distances and inclines, then chaining a few outings, until defining an articulated and prolonged journey.
Having problems in the mobility and sensitivity of my feet and in the spread of my legs, I have a need for a stable, efficient, easy to pedal and ride, not too strenuous, and that will eliminate my stability problems. However, I would like a bike that allows me to really ride, but without the worry of falling when I start and stop.
